Return Policy

If the product is faulty or incorrect, please complain through email at enquiry.arcreationstudio@gmail.com.

You must register your complaint within 30 days of the delivery of the order.

Please send us the images of the damaged product along with the description of the fault to review the issue.

If the emailed images are not sufficient to investigate, the customer needs to return the full product quantity in its original packaging at their own shipping cost.

We will make the product again for you if the mistake is verified. Rework will be done only to rectify the mistake and not to make any other changes. 

In case to claim the full refund by the customer, they need to send back the full ordered quantity in its original packaging at their own shipping cost.

The refund will be processed within 8-10 business days once the order has been returned.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  79, Colman Avenue, Sockburn, Christchurch-8042, New Zealand.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once the order has been prepared after getting written confirmation from the customer, no changes and refunds can be made.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Special Sales items or gift cards.
